Hiroshima Castle was built in 1589 by Mori clan's. The A-Bomb destroyed it completely, but the main building it was exactly re-built in 1958. Inside the castle actually there is museum.
It is also known as "Carp's Castle".
At the beginning as a consequence of the A-BOMB it was thought that it will take at least 60 years to have again plants near the hypocenter. But at the end this was not reality, because Hiroshima is full of vegetation and even some trees survived to the disaster. All of them are now labeled with a yellow plate as A-Bomb trees.
It is always full of school children, and of course always with the corresponding UNIFORM !!!! All the schoolboys/girls in Japan wear uniform, that rule is to make everybody equal inside the school.
Inside the castle ...
Inside the Castle area there is also a temple, called Shinto Shrine. But before you come in, you have to wash yourself !!!!!!
You have to ask for a wish everytime you go there !!!!!!!!!!
This temple organize a lot of activities, one of this is the sumo fight for kids !!!!! Very funny !!!!
