The Peace park was built to remember the destruction caused during second World War, with the first atomic bomb on the fateful 6th of August in 1945. Hiroshima don't want to forget all the people that died due to the A-BOMB. The park is located close to the hypocenter of the explosion, between the rivers Ota and Motoyasu.
A-Bomb Dome & The Cenotaph
Anualy several ceremonies are celebrate in order to remember the victims of this fateful day, one of the most important ones is the one celebrate on August 6th, to commemorate the victims and to add to the list of the persons dead due to the A-BOMB that have died during the last year still as a consequence of the A-BOMB. This summer we joint the ceremony, nad everybody put lanterns in the river with messages of peace, agaisnt the wars and the atomic bombs.
